Placing an Order
Due to the unique nature of reliced items, each item we sell is custom-made to your specifications, with particular attention to levels of relicing and choices of tone woods. Because of this we do not currently have a shopping cart system on our website.
When you place an order and select your options from our website, you will be contacted via email to confirm your selection and provide you with an invoice and payment details.
We accept payment via PayPal and bank transfer, although we intend to introduce a full shopping cart system and card payments to the website in the very near future.
Once your payment has been received, your order will be completed and shipped out to you as quickly as possible. At the moment this is currently a minimum six to eight weeks from the order being placed to it being completed and shipped, although this period can vary considerably during busy periods.
